2 cups water + more to adjust consistency (if necessary)
2 cups spinach leaves
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
In pot covered with a lid, cook onions, garlic, and broccoli with the olive oil and 2 Tbsp of the water until broccoli is bright green (about 5 minutes).
Transfer to a blender add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
