Make a date to show your heart some love! “Love Your Heart,” a CalVEBA initiative in partnership with Live Well San Diego, invites you to prioritize your health this February.

“Love Your Heart” is an exciting initiative supported by California Schools VEBA in collaboration with the County of San Diego’s Live Well San Diego partnership. Held at the Resource Center – Kearny Mesa, participants can show their heart some love by identifying risk factors and taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

  • Thyroid & Carotid Doppler (Stroke Risk) Screenings

Steady Blood Sugar: Lifestyle Strategies for Prediabetes Prevention
