Find calm, grounding, and support during cancer care in this gentle, mind-body small group led by an experienced Critical Care and Holistic RN. Each session introduces practical tools such as breathwork, guided imagery, sound, acupressure, and self-regulation practices that help ease stress, support comfort, and promote emotional balance.
You’re welcome to join any week and attend one or all sessions based on what feels right for your healing journey. Members should register each week. Attending all six sessions is encouraged but not required.

Loss & Healing Program

Navigate grief in a supportive, small group led by a licensed clinical psychologist who offers a compassionate, grounded space for people experiencing loss related to divorce, death, health changes, identity shifts, and other life transitions. Each session introduces simple, practical tools that help you process emotions, rebuild routines, and strengthen your sense of connection and resilience during life changes.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how memory, attention, and brain adaptability develop and change throughout life. From there, we build on that with practical strategies designed to strengthen cognitive function and long-term brain health.
