The VEBA Resource Center now has 2 locations in San Diego! In addition to the new Kearny Mesa location, we have now reopened our original Mission Valley location that has been closed since the start of the pandemic.

The VRC Buildings and Care Navigation are only available to VEBA Members. Non-members can attend virtual classes and access our website resources.

California Schools VEBA (“VEBA”) will undergo an important system IT upgrade June 9, 2023 through June 11, 2023. VEBA Staff will not have access to email or phone on these dates. If you submit an inquiry during this time, you will receive a response early in the week of June 12, 2023.

Meet with a Care Navigator either virtually or at the VRC – Kearny Mesa to create a tailored health plan based on your unique story, values and experiences. Care Navigation includes:

• An integrated health and well-being assessment
• Guidance to find appropriate resources
• Motivation support and encouragement to help overcome obstacles
• Follow-up appointments (phone, virtual or in-person) to monitor your progress

VEBA Advocacy

Navigating the health care system can be confusing and complicated and we are here to help! Our VEBA Advocacy team is here to support VEBA Members to ensure they have timely access to quality care. Our Advocacy team can support members with resolving issues ranging from scheduling appointments, bill payment or quality of care. Inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours (not including weekends & holidays).
