A Whole Health Coach helps you clarify what matters most and guides you in setting balanced goals based on your strengths and values. Together, you’ll explore the eight Dimensions of Wellness and create personalized action steps for your life.

How It Works

  • Register for a Metabolic Reset Introduction Class
    Two virtual sessions offered monthly. Learn how the program works and what to expect. 
  • Attend the Virtual Intro Session 
    Get an overview of the program’s holistic approach.
  • Schedule Your Program Consultation 
    Meet with a Whole Health Coach to personalize your experience and set your goals.
  • Begin Program Sessions 
    Participate in holistic acupuncture, Whole Health Coaching, and supportive classes at your own pace (weekly attendance recommended).
  • Complete the Program at Your Own Pace 
    Complete 8 holistic acupuncture sessions and 6 Whole Health Coaching sessions, with biometric screenings at the start and finish.

Goal-setting & progress tracking with your Whole Health Coach 

Your Whole Health Coach is your partner in success. Set goals and stay on track to achieve meaningful change. Your first and sixth coaching sessions will include biometric screening to help you track your progress.

Convenient in-person or virtual supportive classes 

Nutrition and cooking classes to make healthy eating simple 
Movement and natural healing practices to restore balance

This program focuses on improving caloric processing and support for metabolic function and overall well-being. It offers a holistic blend of acupuncture, movement, and nutrition education designed to boost energy, improve sleep and mood, and support digestive health.

Anyone seeking holistic well-being, managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, obesity), or looking to optimize digestive health.

How long does the program take?

Complete the program at your own pace. Weekly attendance is recommended until you finish 8 holistic acupuncture sessions and 6 coaching sessions.

What am I committing to?

Participants can expect to participate in weekly acupuncture, movement classes, and nutrition classes. The program is designed to foster community interaction and provide personalized guidance from Dr. V and her colleagues and a CalVEBA Whole Health Coach to achieve optimal metabolic health and wellness.

How do I enroll?

First, register for the Introduction to Metabolic Reset class. After completing this introduction, register for a Program Consultation with one of our Whole Health Coaches. After your consultation, schedule your first of eight Holistic Acupuncture sessions – sign up for a time that’s convenient for you using the CalVEBA Class Calendar.

Is there a deadline?

There are no strict deadlines. Join when you’re ready!

What should I wear to acupuncture sessions?

Loose-fitting clothing, short sleeves, shorts, and sandals (without socks) are recommended.
