Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 tsp. Orange Zest
- 2 tsp. grated Ginger Root
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- In a saucepot, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce immediately to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
