Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower pieces
- 3 leaves or ¼ cup frozen kale
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (such as almond, coconut, soy or oat)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ⅛ tsp salt (optional)
- Sweetener such as one pitted date, Stevia drops or 1 Tbsp of maple syrup (optional)
- Extra water to adjust consistency (if necessary)
