What is the VEBA Resource Center?
The VEBA Resource Center (or VRC for short) is a holistic health center developed to help VEBA members overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves. The VRC is not confined to a physical location. We offer on-demand, virtual, and in-person services to help VEBA members conquer challenges and achieve their best selves.
We provide a wide range of tailored classes, programs, and services, including acupuncture, meditation, yoga, and healthy cooking classes, all designed to support mental, emotional, physical, and social health.
Through the VEBA Well-Being Team, VEBA can also partner with employers for onsite member access to customized services and resources to support staff in achieving a healthy, balanced life.
Why was the VRC created?
VEBA’s top priority is equipping our member community to become advocates for their own well-being. The current health care system can be disjointed and does not put the individual at the center of care. By looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s really occurring with our members, we can get to the root cause of chronic disease.
The VRC was created to offer an accessible suite of member-centered benefits, services, and programs that enable a total state of well-being, not merely the absence of disease.
