Ingredients
- 2 small avocados or one large one
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 oz or one medium bunch of cilantro
- 2 Tbsp of lime juice or 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar + zest of 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove minced (1 tsp)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup water (to thin if necessary)
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor until smooth.
- Add more water for a thinner consistency.
- Use within a day.
