Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp real maple syrup
  • ¼ cup white or brown miso
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • One 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • Warm water, if necessary

Directions

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients. Adjust the consistency with a teaspoon of water at a time if needed.
