Whether you’re preparing for marriage, adjusting to parenthood, embarking on a new career, or facing unforeseen challenges, navigating life transitions can be daunting. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

California Schools VEBA members are invited to join our eight-week Navigating Life Transitions Program and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.  

Led by licensed therapist Crystal Powers, MA, LMFT, our group provides a supportive, confidential environment where you can embrace change and thrive amidst uncertainty.

You have the freedom to join any or all of the eight sessions, whether in-person or virtually. 


Virtual: Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 pm on Zoom

Meet Your Therapist

Crystal Powers, MA LMFT, is a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience in individual and group therapy. Specializing in life transitions, she uses a solution-focused approach to empower clients.

Crystal creates a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring challenges related to anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. She employs evidence-based methods to provide practical tools for overcoming obstacles, addressing physical, social, and emotional well-being to support self-discovery and positive change.
