Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • Juice of half of a lemon
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp freshly cracked pepper

Directions

  1. Trim the stem off the end of the lemon and add it to a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
