Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen passion fruit pieces
  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower pieces
  • 1 strip orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (such as almond, coconut, soy or oat)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp salt (optional)
  • Sweetener such as one pitted date, Stevia drops or 1 Tbsp of maple syrup (optional)
  • Extra water to adjust consistency (if necessary)

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients except the water into a blender and puree. Adjust the consistency with water.
