Ingredients

  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ -1 tsp ground nutmeg plus extra for garnishing
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup regular or non-dairy milk
  • ⅛ tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Garnish the smoothie with a dusting of cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
  3. If necessary, adjust the consistency with more milk or water.
