Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ -1 tsp ground nutmeg plus extra for garnishing

- ½ cup regular or non-dairy milk
- ⅛ tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
