15 ounce can Garbanzo Beans or any beans (White Beans or Black Beans work well)
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Garlic clove
2 1/2 Tbsp. Citrus Juice (squeezed Lemon, Lime, or Orange)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. Paprika
Directions
Drain beans. Mix all ingredients in the food processor until smooth and serve with colorful vegetables to dip. You can also serve this as a kid's lunch on a whole-wheat toast or a whole-wheat wrap filled with vegetables.
